Usability study

After keeping in mind all the users needs, I had designed lo-fi prototypes and conducted usability usability study with 5 participants from different backgrounds. I’ve asked them our research questions to test my designs and see what are the users pain points and how can I improve them. Then I organised my data through affinity mapping .

Research questions :

  • How long does it take for a user to order flower from the website?

  • Are there any parts where users are getting stuck?

  • Do users understand how to add items to the cart?

  • Are there more features that users would like to see included in the website?

  • Do users think the website is easy or difficult to use?

  • Do the visual elements in the website support the customers in navigating through the website?

What I Learned

Don’t settle with your first idea and iterate as much as you can. The right idea will come. It won’t always come when you expect it, but you have to trust the process and trust that it will always work out in the end. I'm incredibly proud of this project and thanks for taking the time to see our thought process, iterations, and concepts.

Thank you!
